A lifelong local, Jerry has lived between Sandringham and Parkdale for over 35 years. Growing up in Bayside and attending school in the area, he knows firsthand what it means to love where you live. That deep connection to the community forms the foundation of his career and business philosophy.
With over 26 years of experience in the real estate industry, Jerry is the founder of Eleven North and brings a unique perspective to the Melbourne property market. His career spans more than a decade as a elite-performing sales consultant with one of Australia’s largest franchise groups, followed by over 15 years as a Director — during which he played a key role in more than $7 billion in property transactions.
In 2008, Jerry launched his first real estate office in Ashburton, eventually growing it into a four-office network with a thriving commercial division. A highly skilled auctioneer, he’s well known for his ability to read a crowd and extract every last bid — consistently delivering strong results for his clients.
However, Jerry’s passion for property doesn’t end at the office door. He purchased his first investment property at just 21, and since then, has become a seasoned and respected property developer. Over the past two decades, he has bought, sold, and developed more than $170 million in real estate across 50+ projects. His personal network of consultants, builders, town planners, and designers enables him to manage complex developments end-to-end which includes high end luxury homes.
Jerry holds a full Real Estate Agent’s Licence, as well as Certificates IV in Finance and Building & Construction.
Beyond the deals and developments, he’s a mentor and coach to aspiring agents and developers — sharing the lessons of his career to help others build theirs.
Outside of real estate, Jerry is a proud family man that is married with three children, and keep him active in the community through their involvement in sport and other local activities including being a proud major sponsor of the CCC Bolts Netball club In Cheltenham which advocates the importance for Grassroots sports. He’s also personally invested in growth and wellbeing, with a strong interest in reading, gym training, and ongoing personal and professional development.
