With a background in FMCG marketing, a transition into teaching, and success in sales and customer service within the construction industry, she brings a well-rounded skill set, strategic thinking, and an authentic passion for helping people achieve their goals.

Holding a Bachelor’s in Business & Marketing, a Postgraduate Certificate in Education, and a Certificate IV in Real Estate, Charleen is a lifelong learner and a true professional—driven by growth, connection, and community.
