With 26 years of experience, Jerry is the founder of Eleven North, bringing a unique perspective to the real estate industry in the Melbourne market. Over his career, he has spent 10 years as a Director and prior to that,10 years as a top-performing sales consultant, overseeing $6 billion in property sales.

In 2008, Jerry opened his first real estate office in Ashburton, growing the business to four offices and a commercial department. A skilled auctioneer, he consistently delivers exceptional results.

A seasoned and respected property developer, Jerry has bought, sold, and developed over $170 million in real estate across 50+ projects over two decades. His extensive network of consultants, builders, town planners, and designers supports his development process. Notably, Jerry successfully managed the town planning approval for a 39-home subdivision, overseeing all aspects from infrastructure to final sales.

Jerry holds a full real estate agent license, a Certificate IV in Finance, and a Certificate IV in Building and Construction. He also mentors and coaches aspiring real estate professionals and property developers.

Outside of work, Jerry is a dedicated family man, married with three children, who attend local schools, play a lot of sport making him an active member of the local  community.
